Due to our recent expansion, ProviderSoft is hiring for several positions including Help Desk, Implementation Specialists, and Developers. We offer a full benefits package as well as a generous PTO policy. All positions are remote with company tools provided.
Help Desk Specialist
As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be working to ensure that our Clients can successfully use our software system on an immediate basis.
You will need to be intimately familiar with how it is our Clients operate and interact with our software. You’ll be making sure that Clients make use of new and existing functionality to meet their workflow needs. You will be able to work in partnership with Clients to help answer system and workflow questions and assist Clients in achieving their goals within the system. You will be responsible for researching potential issues reported, and providing quick and thorough responses.
Working with our business analysts and developers alike, you’ll be applying your knowledge of the system and our customer’s needs and operations to provide personal, exemplary customer service.
Client Implementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be dedicated to working with select Clients to ensure that they can successfully implement our software system to perform various ongoing business operations. You will lead the implementation project, hold regularly scheduled meetings with Clients, and provide individualized customer service (as needed). You will need to be intimately familiar with how Clients operate and how they interact with our software to ensure that they fully utilize new and existing functionality to meet their workflow needs.
Software Developer .Net
As a Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a highly-skilled, distributed development team to advance the leading SaaS ERP solution for the Early Childhood Education market.
