Cookie Policy

About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies ProviderSoft LLC (“ProviderSoft,” “we,” “us”) uses on providersoftllc.com (the “Site”), why we use them, and how you can control them. ProviderSoft is part of the Vertus Group portfolio of companies. This policy supplements our Privacy Statement, which explains how we handle the personal information these technologies collect.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser so it can recognize that browser on later pages or visits. Similar technologies include tags, pixels and scripts that load from another company’s servers and may set or read their own cookies. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these.

Types of cookies we use

We use three types of cookies: strictly necessary, analytics and advertising.

First-party cookies are set by providersoftllc.com. Third-party cookies are set by another company’s domain, such as google.com or doubleclick.net, when its tools load on our Site. Some cookies last only until you close your browser; others stay for a set time, listed below.

Cookies used on providersoftllc.com

The table lists the cookies our Site sets or lets other companies set, based on our review on October 9, 2026. Durations are the maximums the provider sets; some browsers delete cookies sooner.

Our Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address but does not set cookies. Google describes its cookies in How Google uses cookies, Google Analytics cookie usage and the reCAPTCHA FAQ.

What runs before you choose

Whether analytics and advertising cookies run before you make a choice depends on where you are. We estimate your general location from your IP address. Strictly necessary cookies always run.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out wherever you are (see below).

Your choices

You can change your cookie choices at any time, in four ways.

  • Your Privacy Choices. Use the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page to turn analytics and advertising cookies on or off separately. Your choice applies to the browser and device you use, so you may need to set it again on another device or after clearing your cookies.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies. We also treat it as a request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, as described in our Privacy Statement. You don’t need to do anything else.
  • Your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site, such as our contact form, may not work.
  • Google’s own tools. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage the ads Google shows you in My Ad Center.

Turning cookies off does not stop you from seeing ads. It means the ads you see are not based on your visits to our Site.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy when we add, remove or change the cookies on our Site. This policy was last updated on [publication date].
